To make your shopping experience easier and faster, we cooperate with one of the largest courier services in Montenegro. Delivery is made directly to your address, so there is no need to visit a post office to collect your order.
All orders placed by 12:00 on working days are generally delivered on the next working day.
The delivery cost is not included in the product price and depends on the weight of the shipment. Delivery prices are very affordable and are as follows:

The total time required for your shipment to arrive consists of order processing time (usually on the same day) and the time required by the courier service to deliver the package, which is most often one working day. Orders placed by 12:00 are generally delivered on the next working day.
Although we always strive to ensure that goods arrive within the expected timeframe, occasional situations may occur that can cause minor delays. In such cases, we will notify you in a timely manner.
When receiving your shipment, please visually check whether the packaging is undamaged. If you notice significant damage to the box and suspect that the contents may also be damaged, refuse to accept the package and contact us immediately.
If the package is externally in good condition, accept the shipment and sign the delivery note.
The courier will attempt to deliver the package twice. If you are not available at the address, the courier will usually contact you by phone to arrange a new delivery time. If the second delivery attempt is also unsuccessful, the shipment will be returned to us, after which we will contact you to arrange reshipment.
