This page contains the general terms and conditions of use of the BEEPCO.ME online portal. Please carefully read all information provided below. By accessing and using the website, you confirm that you are familiar with, understand, and accept these Terms (hereinafter: the “Terms”).

1. Use of the Website

The BEEPCO portal uses its own design solutions and e-commerce software platform developed by BEEPCO DOO, which is the exclusive owner of all intellectual property rights related to them. Any unauthorised copying, downloading, or replication of any part of the website design, database, or functionality is subject to legal protection and may result in appropriate legal action.

The use of images, texts, prices, descriptions, databases, and any other content from the BEEPCO portal is strictly prohibited without the prior consent of the company. Unauthorised use constitutes a violation of copyright and related rights. Printing, displaying, or downloading content is permitted solely for personal use, with mandatory acknowledgment of the source.

If you violate any provision of these Terms, your permission to use the website will automatically terminate, and you are required to delete all downloaded materials. Unless otherwise stated, no part of the website content grants you any rights to use the intellectual property contained therein.

1.1 Who can make purchases on the portal?

Purchases may be made by adult individuals or legal entities registered in Montenegro. Minors may make purchases only through their legal representatives or guardians.

If a purchase is made contrary to the above rules, BEEPCO DOO shall not be responsible for any resulting consequences.

2. Changes to the Portal and Terms

BEEPCO DOO reserves the right to modify the appearance of the portal, content, services, or terms of use at any time and without prior notice, except in cases involving already established user rights related to concluded purchase agreements.

Changes may apply to prices, product descriptions, availability, and other website functionalities. All changes are intended to improve service quality and enhance the user experience.

3. Product and Price Information

3.1 Product Information

BEEPCO DOO publishes information about the main characteristics of products based on data provided by manufacturers and suppliers, in accordance with best market practices.

Although every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of all displayed information, we cannot guarantee that product descriptions and images are always completely accurate. If the purchased product differs from what was displayed on the website, you have the right to return it in its original condition, with all accompanying documentation, within 15 days from the date of delivery.

Product images may contain additional elements to better illustrate the appearance of products in a real-life environment. Built-in appliances are sold without decorative panels, as these are separate furniture elements and are not included with the appliance.

3.2 Price Information

All prices are displayed in euros and include VAT.

The product page displays retail prices, as well as possible discounts depending on the payment method. You can also view an informative overview of the amount required for a one-time payment or payment in instalments.

BEEPCO DOO shall not be responsible for any technical or human errors that may result in incorrect price display. If a displayed price is obviously incorrect or significantly differs from the usual market value, the order will be cancelled and the customer will be informed of the reason.

The portal may use algorithms and automated systems to display personalised offers to users based on their interests.

4. Purchase Terms

4.1 Product Availability

All products displayed on the portal can be ordered unless they are out of stock. Stock levels are limited, and certain products may become unavailable without prior notice.

If an item becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, BEEPCO DOO will contact you and offer delivery once the product becomes available or a refund if payment has already been made.

4.2 Delivery and Shipping Costs

Delivery is carried out by partners – courier services or BEEPCO DOO delivery personnel.

The delivery cost is indicated on each product page. If you order multiple smaller items, only one delivery fee of €3.50 will be charged, unless the total weight and value of the order qualify for free delivery.

For large and bulky products, delivery is calculated per appliance, regardless of the total value of the order.

Customers may also choose personal collection at partner locations – in this case, collection is free of charge.
